Coaching Application

To apply for a House League or Rep Head Coach position within SAMBA, the prospective coach must submit a resume or coaching application form (below) detailing their home address, contact information (home & cell phone no.), which team he/she is applying to coach for, as well as past coaching experience, certification history, N.C.C.P. CC # and Respect in Sport #.

All Rep Division Head Coaches must have the required Baseball Alberta Level Certification specific to the Division they intend to coach in. For the Bantam and Midget Divisions, SAMBA's objective/preference is to fulfill the head coach position with candidates who do not have a family member (player) on the same club. Not withstanding this statement, all applicant resumes (including parents with prospective family member players) will be received and reviewed by the appointed Rep Division Director to ensure the necessary details have been included. Those applicant's whose qualifications/certification meet expectations and requirements, will then be interviewed by the Executive appointed Coach Selection Committee.
Note: The Midget Division - Performance Level coach must not be a parent of a player on the same club.
