This years, Rally Cap Day will be held at Legion Memorial Ball Park on Sunday June 2nd from 9 am to 1 pm at Langley Baseball Diamonds.
Tuesday/Thursday teams will go from 9 am to 11 am (teams should arrive by 8:45 am at the latest)
Monday/Wednesday teams going from 11 am to 1 pm (teams should arrive by 10:45 am latest)
Coaches will need to arrive by 8:20 and 10:20 respectively.
There will be 10 stations will be set up on the field which include:
2 stations for throwing (left field)
2 stations for receiving (right field)
2 stations for hitting (backstop/home plate)
2 stations for baserunning (centre field)
2 stations for general knowledge (in dugouts)
Athletes should be wearing all the same equipment as game/practice days. Protective gear is mandatory. Water bottles are always a great idea. For the safety of the kids, we will be locking the gates to keep the kids inside the field. At least one parent/guardian per player must stay for the entire time slot in the event of injury or illness or to accompany their child to the washroom if needed.
