To request a booking for any of the following facilities, you must first check the associated calendar for availability.
Clubhouse bookings are open to both SAMBA Teams as well as General Public.
All other facilities are only open to teams within the SAMBA organization. (More instructions Below) The SAMBA Clubhouse will not be taking any rentals during the Baseball season (May, June, July and August)

Millar Field House:
All time slots are 1.0 hours to 1.5 hours, the Field House is open to all SAMBA teams. Typical Week Night Bookings:
5:00pm - 6:30pm
6:30pm - 7:30pm
7:30pm - 9:00pm
Note: To trade for a previously booked time slot, please contact the coach directly to see if arrangements can be made. To cancel a booked time slot, please contact the booking coordinator as soon as possible to ensure others have an opportunity to use it.
Baseball Diamonds:
All booked times shown on the calendars indicates the actual practice or game start time. Teams typically arrive at least 1 hour prior to game start times to start their warm-ups.
All practice time slots are 1.5-2.0 hours, each diamond will have 2-3 slots available during week nights. Teams will alternate between early and late slots for multiple practice bookings during the week. Scheduled games take precedence over all practices. For the later slots, teams can show up 30 mins prior to do their warm-ups off-field in preparation for their on-field practice. All booking requests and changes should be submitted by Wednesday for all subsequent week requirements.
